Ventajas
I love working at Strattic! When people ask me why, this is what I tell them:
- The team is very supportive, encouraging, and helps out however they can.
- Very family friendly and flexible
- Taking time off is important, and Strattic provides vacation time and mental health days to take, outside of national holidays.
- I think the projects, tasks, support, feature development, and brainstorming I do are non-trivial and challenging
- I'm always learning something new
Desventajas
I don't think there's a con here for me, this job and company fits me very well.
Some folks would say that timezone differences or needing to do a support shift while others around the world are resting is a bummer, but I don't mind and think it's a good thing.
