      Ventajas

      The opportunity to move into a development role from the service desk was huge for me. Great team of some of the most talented developers who were always willing to help out when needed.

      Desventajas

      I honestly can't say I have any cons, I loved working for Stone!

      Ventajas

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Desventajas

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
