Ventajas
Post Production Associates have a good variety of work they do, so it's normal to constantly have new things to work on and changing locations within the company to complete various tasks. Coworkers were very nice and fun to talk to.
Desventajas
The supervisor of the post production department is sexist, he acted like he cared about women's rights and women working in manufacturing, but shortly after I quit, my boyfriend started working there and he heard the supervisor say that he would never hire a woman ever again. All because of one bad experience with a female employee. The company also isn't very accommodating of employees with mental disabilities.
