Ventajas
Co-workers were great although there are some in departments who are understandably highly stressed
Desventajas
Compensation- You will be lied to about wages and never compensated appropriately according to workload or over-time hours you put in.
Hours - They say 8 hour shifts but expect 9 plus every other Saturday and do not pay over 80 hours on each pay check and then They lose track of what's owed to you.
Management - Sits in office majority of the day and has no understanding of the pressure or stress That is put on certain departments. If you're not a "favorite" (and you won't be, if you speak up about fairness) you will be Harrased and discriminated against.
HR - Worst HR I've ever encountered. Payroll is wrong every pay cycle. Rude condescending behavior and will talk circles around you anytime an issue arises.
Organization - This place is a down right mess. Parts all over the floor, departments can not seem to get things together to help the flow of production and don't bother hoping your supervisor will address any of it.
Quality - Their products have quickly become garbage over the last 2 years. Where Quality was once at its highest it is now sadly a thing of the past. No one cares. Especially Management.
Safety - There are far too many safety hazards. No one is trained appropriately and no one follows any rules. There are parts on the floor, fire and trip hazards at every turn.
