- Great people - Amenities in most locations including massage chairs, walking desks, nap pods (coming), etc - State pension - Yearly bonuses (as long as company hits its metrics) - performance recognition system - catered lunches/engagement events -
Desventajas
- Not many that I can think of. Salaries are potentially lower than what you would find in the private sector, but private sector is stressful and state work is not
