Ventajas

The pay is decent, good training, inbound and outbound calls. Not cold calling

Desventajas

If you don't like to be micromanaged, this isnt for you. I worked there full time and it's a stressful job, must be super quiet in your house as you're pretending to work in Wisconsin at an office. I worked as a phone rep who took calls and made them, some people are rude because you're calling about bills that may have already been paid, they thought insurance covered it, ect then you have to navigate old software and new software to figure out the clients issue.

Ventajas

They have one of the best hiring processes that I've been through. Well laid out and a structured checklist that helped you to stay on top of all the task that had to be completed prior to being hired.

Desventajas

There aren't any for me.
