Clean physical office space. A few colleagues are very decent people to work with.
Desventajas
Managers are manipulative, and some supervisors severely suffered from Dunning-Kruger syndromes. The pay is very low compared to the market rate. Lack of long term planning and vision; software and communication methods were very outdated let alone being a fin"tech" company. People in the management positions were surprisingly stubborn in upgrading their software methods from 80s to 2000s. Manager gossips certain employees in front of other employees, enabling them to isolate the target, which is definitely a form of bullying. The turnover rate was around 25% a year, and it tells a lot about the place. Unsurprisingly, it's a business going downhill, and the employees can certainly feel it in the office. To cut cost, Statpro's did not streamline the operations, instead, it laid off its only few best people left.
