The people are great, and they genuinely look out for their employees.

Desventajas

Too low of pay for expectations / level of responsibility and target metrics. Tough to advance quickly, very rigid in terms of length of service equating to reward rather than standing out. Tough to hear about bonuses canceled and no raises from a CEO wearing a Rolex.
