-consider making changes on the feedback they receive
-culture is caring/reasonable
-good work/life balance
Less than 500 employee organization that is growing and has a lot of employees who've been with the company for >10yrs. Very inviting, friendly, and open to new perspectives.
Desventajas
As a small growing company some processes are WIP, but this also allows the opportunity to help shape the direction going forward.
