      Ventajas

      Some really cool events and company perks, most of the people are pretty awesome and friendly.

      Desventajas

      Very stressful and unhealthy environment. They take bright, vibrant, and talented people and turn them into complacent zombies.

      Ventajas

      eCommerce side is more developed and is the key bread and butter, providing software that is not easily done to various publishers. Fully remote and trusting of their employees in general.

      Desventajas

      Not a media company and doesn’t seem to have a vision to leverage first party shopper data, which is a big miss all around. With new leadership team, hopefully these connections can be made soon and hopefully implemented in a way that is innovative and not intrusive to users.
