Ventajas
The Sr. Management work very hard to maintain a culture that is across-the-board fair and fun. They listen to their employees, and because the team is predominantly on the younger side, they don't treat any of their employees as children. Being treated as adults (there is unlimited PTO) allows for creative freedom and a very healthy work/life balance. Employees are treated as equals and all ideas are heard.
Desventajas
As the company continues to grow (which is a good thing) the downtown (in Clarksville) "house" office is quite charming; however the need for space and private meeting rooms has become quite a pain point. Luckily there are options to work from home if the claustrophobia becomes an issue for employees.
