Ventajas
- The flexibility of work hours here is second to none! This provided an unbelievable work/family balance. - Surrounded by a lot of talented developers. - Variety of types of projects to work. - Lots of company sponsored events and after hours work gatherings. - Truly loved working here and was sad my time had to end. Learned a lot from many talented developers and definitely enjoyed the fun events and gatherings.
Desventajas
- Projects could be better quoted. - Several times had to wait on clients to sign off on design specs so there was no tasks to work on. - Every minute is accounted for here. Not necessarily a bad thing but sometimes you need those few minutes in a day to "BS" with co-workers. - Never know how you are doing or if you need to improve on anything. Only got a review because I asked for one. - Sometimes PMs are scrambling to find tasks for developers to work on. Not a good thing when you are paid hourly and have to log every minute.
