Keeps you engaged in the company with the events and willing puts resources into keeping employees happy. If you're eager to learn they will gladly allow you to get some new experience and encourage learning by peers. The staff is always eager to share and help.
Desventajas
If you are not use to a fast pace or project change, it may be difficult to adjust. Every month there are new projects coming in and previous projects closing out. You could be building Android application one week and building an data mining application the next.
