Ventajas
Springbuk has the company culture I've always dreamed of, and I can honestly say I no longer dread Mondays.. or any other day of work. Over the past ten years, I've worked at several small startup companies, but none compare to my experience here. From day one (just a few months ago), I was welcomed by colleagues at all levels. I learned quickly that these people truly enjoy working together! Unlike many companies that talk about "teamwork" and "winning as a team," Springbuk truly lives these values. Beginning with the CEO and continuing throughout the organization. Employees across many different teams answer questions and jump in to help without complaints or attitude. I have yet to meet anyone who appears unhappy in their role or with the company. While I can't understand why anyone would choose to leave, I'm grateful for the opportunity their departure created for me. My manager and the VP of our team are incredibly kind and caring, making them the best leaders I've had in my career.
