      Ventajas

      Springbuk continues to impress with well-deserved recognition. The culture is amazing! The leadership team is stringent on who we hire and has two big themes that help guide this - Raise the Bar and Win Together.

      Unlimited PTO, great people and everyone is collaborative, no micromanaging (in my experience with my particular team, you're trusted to own your work

      Desventajas

      Can be busier particular times of year, though execs are transparent sometimes they can fluff it too much - we're adults so we can handle the truth!
