Beware, your chances on getting a fair interview and proper training is very slim. The HR manager seems to be inexperience when it comes to hiring team members/service managers for positions they are qualified for. With over 13 years experience and several accolades in the food industry, I was overlooked by employees who have had zero background knowledge in the food industry. They want yes men, not anyone who actually stands out and has a personality and knows their worth. Poor communication, poor training, low morale, and they lack empathy. Do your self a favor and work for a place that actually values your contributions and confidence. Also, to note everyone looked miserable working there.

Lack of Management. Senior management expects so much from you and provide little to none guidance. Company is growing Too fast and expects everyone to be on the same page. No excuses allowed for any deliveries sent to stores that are shorted
