      Marketing needs to be cleaned up big time. Very Grindy. Lack of transparency with quota increases year to year, Little opportunity to earn more. Little to no recognition for actually performing, Need more options for clients

      Ventajas

      Most Managers are great, good PTO (always approved), training is great, supportive environment.

      Desventajas

      Employee Insurance, and benefits are terrible,Unrealistic quotas, low pay for the amount of work required, misleading leads, and upper management that appears disconnected from and unconcerned about the challenges sales agents deal with daily.
