Ventajas
- management is super friendly and helps you during training - ian is always accommodating and nice if you need help or time off - coworkers are all pretty close in age, so you make a bunch of friends really quickly - tasks are evenly distributed among different departments so you aren't stuck doing everything like at other restaurants if you've had service experience before - pay is pretty decent for how many hours you get every week - you get to be smack dab in the middle of toronto, so it's never dull - boss is loaded so christmas party definitely is the best part of the year
Desventajas
- tips are subpar, but that's to be expected at most asian restaurants anywhere - the building itself stinks in the summer, sometimes there's no A/C so you'll be running around your entire shift covered in sweat and city smog - being a foodrunner before you can be a server sucks
