While I was being interviewed, I was "sold" on Unlimited PTO. It isn't the case. When you join, all of a sudden it's a bait and switch and you are monitored to three weeks. That was not disclosed. Also - no communication or team meetings from the leaders. When someone leaves the very small organization, no one knows about it. How is that for morale? The norm is 65 hour work weeks, weekend work and holidays aren't necessarily off.
