Ventajas
The work is easy to do depending on your section. It is actually pretty easy for excellent pay.If you work it right, you can spend a good amount of your time not doing anything once you complete your work.
Desventajas
The turnover is abysmal. The management invokes rules that they do not follow. A certain manager spends his day walking around, sending grammatically incorrect emails, and gossiping. You can literally follow him all day, he does nothing. The company will screw you over the smallest thing financially in regards to the hours you work. No Work Life Balance. Favoritism in the "awards" given quarterly. You can pretty much pick who will win something based on a certain crowd that hangs around the manager. They will lay off people at the drop of a dime. Went from almost 200 employees to 40+ within a couple of years. This is after they promise you job stability.
