just like any other country club, it has its difficulties such as long hours etc..

Spanish Wells is very dedicated to both its members and its employees and tries to provide an excellent experience. I am treated with respect and flexibility especially when dealing with my college and school schedule. I can say with absolute certainty that I will leave the company with more experience for future work environments as well as my personal life.

There is not always enough staff to handle all of the tasks and events that need to be completed. The members are not always kind to the staff, but we are a team and we try to accomplish everything as a team.
