      Ventajas

      Great team. Lot's of talented people. Laid back atmosphere.

      Desventajas

      Management is clueless. Devoted to copying trends that are already fading. Constant ramp up and lay off of staff. Layoffs are done with no notice to employees with practically no severance at all. Lot's of talk about caring for people, but in the end, kicks them to the curb without warning.

      Ventajas

      A startup where everyone is a vital piece of the puzzle. Talent is vast, and you work closely with one another sharing ideas and methods. The big seller is the core philosophy: you give 100% while you're there, and you get 100% of your personal time, NO CRUNCH, ever. Everyone there top to bottom is a developer, so everyone is up to the same standard and expectation.

      Desventajas

      They're a startup, and that comes with some risk, but these days even the big fish are frying.
