Ventajas

Half day Fridays. Okay benefits.

Desventajas

Horrible leadership and management. No support for SDR team and everything is disorganized from Salesforce to your leads down. Truly a make it up as they go along. JMI ( investment firm) only cares about bottom line not about the people. Two mergers in a year with little planning. Purely a pump and dump company. Eptura (SpaceIQ + iOffice) is a decent product in an overly saturated market. No path to promotion or raises and will lie to get you on board or to keep you on. Sales leadership openly admitted to handcuffing SDR’s, since it’s nearly impossible to break into AE/AM role without an internal promotion. Promotions only given after many reps left. Horrible experience and company. No training, no advancement, no support. Do not take this job. There are so many better companies out there to be an SDR at. Take my advice as someone who experienced it so you don’t have to!

Ventajas

There were some pretty innovative products that were making a difference. Excellent stepping stone to other opportunities. Good swag. That’s about it.

Desventajas

Way too many mergers in recent years, the culture has turned toxic and all the good people are jumping ship. It’s owned by an equity firm that is calling the shots. Communication is horrible and, with every new acquisition, it just adds another team that does things differently without being willing to change. No one is willing to change and everyone thinks their way is best. Upper management is only interested in their share price rising, and does not really care about looking after their teams or actually learning how to listen and lead. If you are friends with the right people, you’ll get what you want. If you are not, you will never be empowered to succeed since you’ll never get agreement or approval (but they’ll certainly pretend to ask you what you need, so they can pat themselves on the back and stroke their egos saying they tried their best to help).
