Ventajas
You well get a good initial push to start on in terms of training (that too if you are in iOS domain) but every good thing ends there.
Desventajas
1.) Massive random lay-offs to increase profits so as to please their investors. Hence no job security. 2.) Not even an average service based company (though they claim themselves to be a product based one) 3.) All the incentives are placed in such a way so they can exploit most out of you like poor leave policy, odd company transportation timings. 4.) Don't expect a great hike after you have served them for more than a year.
