Ventajas
Lots of empty offices so you can just spread out and relax and blast your music without annoying anyone.
Desventajas
This place had really cool products that they were developing. They decided to try to create a next generation of software, but forgot to include users in the development process and as a result they failed miserably. On top of not producing anything a customer would want, they ended having to support the desires of the hardware groups in Japan instead focusing on the software that could actually make this group money. They've pretty much laid off everyone with the exception of a small group of engineers who are only in a supporting roll for the group in Japan. Currently, management has completely stopped communicating with the engineers leaving us scratching our heads about our future. At least we know how our customers feel as they've all been left in the dark as well. With the exception of a couple people, those of us left are all looking for new jobs. Nothing to stick around for anymore.
