Amazing product and company mission! Remote work option and flexible working hours. Good pay. Great office in terms of location and utilities.
Desventajas
Before writing this, I read a lot of other reviews and tried to consolidate them with mine. I was working in the data team and was not facing product teams' communication problems that much. Maybe that's why I haven't felt a lot of the cons written here on my own skin. But yes, I heard about them when talking with product people. I also understood that there are some developers in essential positions that don't have enough level of experience to handle such a product. The company had hard times with layoffs and a lot of farmer employees can write a bit emotionally exaggerated reviews, which is okay.
