      Ventajas

      I absolutely LOVE working for [solidcore]. I have never felt more appreciated/supported at a job ever. I truly feel like I am in the hands of a wonderful company and wonderful people. In the fitness industry the trainers/coaches/managers/etc... do so much to cater to the clients and provide as much support as possible - We get that in return here. I absolutely love working for this company.

      Desventajas

      As of now, I have no cons.

      Free classes at [solidcore] and other fitness partners, paid training, free merch, company actually pays coaches well compared to other boutique fitness studios

      Ventajas

      Honestly, all the pros have been diminished over the last couple of years. The company used to be all about feedback, growth mindset and innovation but now this no longer exists.

      Desventajas

      People are the top think they have the best ideas. Most of the senior leadership has been replaced - before, ideas used to come from the field and it felt like everyone was contributing to the growth of the company. The values and “rules of engagement” used to be something we lived by and now it all sounds like empty words.
