Desventajas
Sales people beware. There is no training, manuals, or examples for how to price work. They have a CRM, but it is not specific enough so you have to ask 30 questions to people who are also stressed out, and sometimes they can help you. But you sign a contract that if your estimates are messed up it will come out of you pay. The prices are so high that most of the time the customers are insulted and ghost you. 1.75% conversion rate was what I was at over 100 leads. The entire company is so use to salespeople coming and going they don't even bother to talk to you. From what I could tell, last year they went through around a salesman a month.
