      Ventajas

      "Waste Company and waste management and great dirty politics"

      Desventajas

      Good Clients to work but no support from US office, wasting time with meaningless meetings and shout at everyone and performance when every one are performing well. new rule deducting base salary 20% from everyone and saying company in loss, with the name of cost cutting they already no providing basic needs for staff like tea and Water... Staffing industry they hire BPO and other vertical industry and compare with the seniors and cote exp to improve skills were they don't no how to review resumes.

      Ventajas

      really easy onboarding both threw Softpath and siemens went for interview and had job within 3 days, pretty fast response from SoftPath for any questions i had .any questions i had Tejasree did respond pretty quickly. weather it was insurance or payroll related i got my questions answered pretty quickly. which is pretty handy when you have a question about jobsite questions or Hr related. i really like working for them and hope i get hired Fulltime to Siemens .

      Desventajas

      i dont have really any complaints just the pay was low and the required job requisites. that was more my fault for not reading it all in full. they did tell me to ask my manager for help which she did.

      Ventajas

      As a contracted client, I can truly say that Tajesree and her teammates have shown themselves to be both professional and compassionate when it comes to providing employment. They provide both the support and information needed to succeed at job assignments.

      Desventajas

      A little more on the salary side would be nice.
