Ventajas

Some of the best co-workers I have ever had!

Desventajas

Small group of decision makers fail to listen to advice of anyone but a small group of managers. Other managers advice ignored. Software development fails to heed advice of those supporting software and those that understand environments of customers so that real world solutions can be deployed. Managers quick to blame failures on others, and take credit for the tough calls that others had to make to keep business moving forward!

Ventajas

It used to have an amazing culture. People were rewarded for their hard work. There was a path forward in your career. The company was like a fun group of friends. Going to the office was great. We were innovating and doing some really creative work. Then they put someone that had been removed from running two departments in charge of the product roadmap that had no experience in product development. But the individual was the C suite’s star child - so it killed any momentum to be competitive and half the engineering team left within several months.

Desventajas

Many SVP and senior roles on a power trip and they are the reason so many key employees leave. They are grossly under qualified for the roles that they have but have been there for so long and are stuck in their inability to think larger due to lack of experience/education. You will rarely level up in your role and the new employees that are brought in make an insane amount more than their long term employees. Loyalty means nothing to them anymore. It’s how you play the game with the “managers.”
