Ventajas

- 1 WFH day a week - Free food/drink provided weekly - Good amount of time given to training new staff

Desventajas

- Low pay - No sick pay - No room for development within company - Little to no management/guidance from senior leadership - No flexibility regarding WFH policy - Arbitrary rules pertaining to workload/how staff time is managed - No adjustments made for those with additional needs - No monthly reviews/meetings with senior managment - No desire to acknowledge/implement diversity & inclusion policy (if it exists) - Overly critical management, lacks positive enforcement

Ventajas

great product, fast paced and dynamic, great friendly atmosphere, amazing opportunities to get exposure and take on real responsibilities

Desventajas

it's still a relatively small company and therefore sometimes you have to get your hands dirty doing some basic stuff too. it's great though- it's the real deal!

The concept itself is ingenious Product is actually quite nice and high quality Staff members are fun and personable Location is great Plenty of freebies

Desventajas

Management or lack thereof No formal training; very "sink or swim" Compensation is based upon how much management likes you, not the work you do.
