      Ventajas

      - Got paid to get trained in-demand DevOps skills like AWS, K8s, and Terraform - Opportunities to work with several AWS services on the company's dime. - Group projects were fun, great to add to a GitHub/resume, and really helped our cohort bond. - 6 month intensive training - If you live in a state with a higher minimum wage, it's livable.

      Desventajas

      - No Client opportunities. Our entire 25-person cohort got laid off after successfully completing the training due to a lack of client demand. - Poor communication regarding the above. Management told us all that interviews with that SPECIFIC client were no more than 1-2 weeks out and this repeated for several months, until finally we all got let go same day without any warning (Even our instructor didn't know it was happening until it did)

      Desventajas

      Fast-Paced Learning Curve: The training can be intense, so it might feel overwhelming at first if you’re not used to a rigorous schedule. Location Flexibility: Depending on client locations, you may need to be open to relocating or traveling. This can be a challenge for those seeking more predictable schedules.
