Ventajas
There are some employees(very few) who will genuinely help if you seek help. Nothing apart fom this.
Desventajas
Female employees are made to stay late night (post 1 am) and there are no office cabs. They don't give a damn about the women safety. Very much work oriented. No flexibility with respect to office timings. Very rigid. Testers have no life in this place because they're forced to work even during the weekends and late night hours. Team leads are very partial. They highly depend on only one employee they think is good ( even though that person is not technically strong. just buttering the team lead). Other employees in the team are given no value. Hrs are completely useless. They have no other job than to sit and gossip about the employees and abuse them. I was asked to stop wearing sleeveless just because some cheap men were mocking at me behind my back. ( Hrs are very judgemental). Hrs are the worst in this company. This place is only filled with aged judgemental people. No youngsters. In short, if you want to get a life, please do not join this company.
