Ventajas
Good pay, Good manager(I'm a lucky one not everyone can say that there's some terrible one's). Would recommend but with caveats to that recommendation.
Desventajas
Travel is ridiculous, work load with the, jobs being booked incorrectly, call out frequency, what gets booked as emergencies planning in general really, only scope to earn extra is through overtime no bonus. Very clicky certain engineers are treated differently or have special treatment which isn't deserved through their work put it that way. Micromanaging is ridiculous and focused on the wrong irrelevant things.
