No trust from management Forced overtime with no oncall payments disguised as "shifts" Constant phone calls from desktop "auditors" complaining about trivial things and quite often even they havnt been told about the latest daily update in procedures. How on earth are you meant to do your job when it is constantly changing???? If people are leaving a dangerous situation then fire them! Its not hard! The rest of us can do our job thank you very much. But not for you anymore. No trust. Also scheduling dont have a clue how a map works, they will phone you and say you are the closest person even when you have literally just been on the phone to another op who lives 1 mile from the job and has no work. Upskilling? Dream on, but you will be phoned once a week asking if you can do 3phase/ med pressure/ gas checks but never be offered training for it. "Its coming" yeah ok then
