Ventajas

Simtech has a great team and we're in a groove with helping each other out as needed while still having a fair amount of autonomy. Flexible work environment and schedule, opportunities to work with communities nationwide, and people appreciate our work.

Desventajas

The work can be challenging given how complex the issue of homelessness is. There is also a fair amount to learn about both homelessness and the technical framework but the rest of the team members are supportive and helpful.
