Desventajas
This place was such a disappointment because I had high hopes upon starting. If you aren’t their cup of tea personality wise, they will watch you like a hawk and think of any reason to fire you. Management isn’t fair to everyone. I feel like if you’re a kiss up, you will get far here but if you stand your ground they’ll immediately hate you. They all act like high schoolers and they’re all best friends so if you aren’t a part of their friend group, then you’re a nobody. I brought up my concerns multiple times to management when I felt harassed by my co workers and nothing was done. The ceo preaches how his employees come first but it sure doesn’t seem like it. He’s so busy with everything else that he basically put the whole company culture in the hands of someone else. He probably thinks all his employees are happy but he doesn’t even know that because he’s not paying attention to how his trusted friends are running the place. They said that while the company was slowing down, it didn’t mean that he was going to let people go. Yet 20-25 employees have been let go within the last 2 months. I’m glad I’m no longer there. I felt a feeling of relief when I last stepped foot there and that’s saying a lot. You as an employee shouldn’t feel relieved to leave a job.
