Desventajas
As part time staff I sometimes feel I receive little recognition compared to full time staff and often feel like a ‘weekend boy’ despite the massive hours and contributions I have made to the store in the past. As with all retail the slightly above minimum wage sometimes isn't enough for the extra duties, extra hours or the customers you have to deal with. More explanation and designation of roles within each job, rather than expecting everyone to assume a role without proper guidance. Most of the management were very unsympathetic, Would talk about you behind your back and most of the time looked like they didn't know how to manage a store.” – Customer Assistant
