Ventajas
- Good environment & culture - No such things like senior or junior, every employees is treated at equal level - Skills are rated here apart from number of experience which is good. - Open door policy, which is great, you can talk and share your concern to anyone and even management will listen them - Have some patience once you join simform, If you are hardworking then you will be rewarded with more of what you thought, that's the beauty of simform & its management.
Desventajas
- No such trips where Whole company goes together like it does by other big organization for overnight stay, which is drawback I feel. Not even once in a year - Depend on project, sometime you could be fully overloaded
