      - You get full ownership of your work — from idea to implementation - Small, sharp team: no layers of politics or endless meetings - Real-world problems (global IoT, connectivity) that actually matter - We value common sense over rules, and working code over talk - Great culture, regular drinks and activities outside work.

      Desventajas

      - If you are looking for a work from home or remote position, this is not the company for you. - Limited “big company” perks (no in-house baristas or yoga yet 😉).

      Ventajas

      I’ve been a graphic designer at Simbase for 2 years and it’s been a great experience. The team is friendly and welcoming, the culture is open and supportive, and I’ve had real chances to grow, especially in web design. I work remotely, and the onboarding process was smooth and well-organized. Despite the distance, I’ve always felt part of the team!

      Desventajas

      Sometimes task management can get a bit intense, as things aren’t always super structured, but the team is great at helping each other stay on track.
