They will ask you after several months of employment to provide an application. I had a misspelled employer and they said they would refuse to pay me. That's one incident. Next, they requested a background check, after being employed several months. Refusal or delay they will withhold your pay. After this incident they didn't pay me again because they "claim" my direct deposit form that was emailed to some shady contact was misplaced. They delayed another paycheck because they said they needed my high school diploma. Another delay in paycheck because they wanted a drug test that I had to submit to, though no where in their insidious contract did it state you would be required to submit to frequent drug testing. Oh and most importantly, they will email you to release you from your contract. As of today, after requesting several times, still have yet to receive my W2. Be very leary of signing a contract with them. They are not forthcoming.
