Inept, insular, nepotistic leadership. It all stems from that.
Leadership will blame the disintegration of entire business line on the government, and while there is certainly truth to the challenges presented by Medicare, the other side is that this company and leadership failed in its charge.
Failed to develop a sound business vision.
Failed to execute on anything effectively.
Failed to retain talent.
Failed to dismantled silos.
Failed to leverage our data and technology effectively.
Failed to build a non-toxic work environment.
Leadership failed. In two years since the Remedy merger this company has gotten demonstrably worse at EVERYTHING it does. How is that possible?
Whether or not any of them will suffer consequences remains to be seen. While an army of us is left to figure out our lives and careers, will these people parachute to safety with millions in the bank, or will they soberly reflect on how they systematically destroyed a profitable and promising business operation through sheer, indomitable incompetence?
Stay far away.
