Ventajas
Pros, hard to think of any when this job gave me the worst anxiety of my life. Would feel scared and anxious every morning before showing up on site and reduced to tears on multiple occasions by CEO for reasons out of my control. Genuinely thought I was doing a good job and my candidates would agree, but still wasn’t enough to please impossible targets. Commission is below the average and they like to hire people who have no former recruitment experience so they don’t realise the monstrosity they are getting them self into. Wish I could give 0 stars, it doesn’t even deserve one.
Desventajas
Where to begin:
-Extreme micro management
-invasion of privacy reading emails, teams chats etc ( not allowed to have a personal password, must use the one management set)
- below average commission structure
- hardly any staff benefits
- extremely high workload and immense stress levels for not filling jobs
- HE is a niche job market and given roles to fill in hours, candidates who have HE experience and are available IMMEDIATELY, some what hard to come by (shock!)
- toxic work place culture
- absurdly high staff turn over
- the positive reviews are definitely fake and a bid to get their glassdoor rating up as it scares off potential new staff.
