      Possibility to work remotely (so far) A few good colleagues Cool new office

      Desventajas

      - What it's been said during the interview is not alligned with the actual job - If you speak up you're likely to be targeted and considered someone always complaining - You could end up covering a higher position with the same salary - There are preferences: some employees are considered better than others like they were really close friends - Targets are really high and nearly impossible to reach so they don't pay your bonuses - There is not onboarding but a few articles to read and some videos (one week and a half)

      Ritmo acelerado, tendrás que analizar las ventajas y desventajas para tomar decisiones y avanzar. Muchas iniciativas en las que trabajar, saldrás de tu zona de confort para evaluar cuál es la mejor pila tecnológica posible para un proyecto determinado.
