7yThanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We pride ourselves in our algorithm that helps match the right specialists to the right workers. We average 90% of shifts that are self-claimed through the app, and 10% come from clients making specific requests for workers through our customer success team. Clients have the ability to mark workers they’ve enjoyed having on their teams as All Stars, then we move on in our invite queues to people who’ve worked with the client before, before moving on to workers that have the appropriate skills. Our algorithms are continually evolved to find the best possible match.
