can't find any except for salary

very strict rules, TL's and coaches have no idea on the process, but will drive their will through for the better or the worse. Continuous improvement is being implemented the wrong way. HSSE is taken way to serious. everyone knows what to do in case of fire, and the biggest thing that you can hurt yourself on in desk job , is almost a papercut. very strict promotion policy, forget about promotion in the first 2 to 3 years, most people wait 5 to 6 years that i've spoken to.
