      Learning and development opportunities are immense. Employees are treated as assets. Employee turnover is very low and satisfaction level is quite high. Good for people who are starting their career.

      Desventajas

      None that is specific to this company. Only if world markets behave differently otherwise rest is purely local and not something to be worried of.
