Most critically, Human Resources is the worst department within the organization. Rather than supporting employees, HR operates with a ruthless, hostile, and aggressive mentality. The company suffers from an incredibly high turnover rate due to frequent, abrupt terminations, creating a pervasive atmosphere of anxiety, instability and fear rather than psychological safety. The overall workplace environment possesses a profoundly negative energy that systematically drains morale and severely impacts mental well-being. Due to this deeply toxic culture, the organization is fundamentally incapable of retaining top talent and dedicated professionals.
