Ventajas
As a newly graduated sw engineer, I joined this company about 2 months ago, and found it a good place t start my career adventure, with the following pros: - innovative and promising products, ideas are smart, i learned a lot - diligent and nice people to work with, they are patient to answer any of my questions - good salary and benefits, including various insurance, traffic subsidy, and vacations - FREE delicious everyday-different-style lunch, I love the mapo tofu, takoyaki, burrito, etc. Fridges are always filled with soft drinks, snacks, dim sum, .... - friendly work-break environment, there are soccer group, jogging group, gourmet group, even pokemongo group, ....
Desventajas
- place is a bit crowed and distracting - at least 2 stand-up meetings per week for reporting what you have done, a little bit pressure - you cannot talk too deep to you friends or family what you are doing, nor write too specifically in your resume, since it is a security company - VPN is not good, frequently get disconnected and the re-connection is inconvenient....
