      No opportunities for growth Fragmented culture You will not get recognized for your work. Clear divisions between development and ops teams unwillingness in tech management to allow open discourse on technology issues. Lack of transparency not a tech company

      Ventajas

      Remote friendly and plenty of work and problems to solve/work on. All of the teams were friendly to work with.

      Desventajas

      Fortive coming in really mixed things up. Product became more focused on “building the right thing”. A few layoffs occurred after they took over.
